Food for Life Classes

Food for Life is an award-winning program that teaches nutrition education and cooking to reduce diet-related diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Designed by physicians, nurses, and dietitians, Food for Life classes promote healthful eating based on the latest scientific research.

I am thrilled to be licensed Food For Life Instructor certified through Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

These classes are designed to:

  • Provide lessons on the latest nutrition and diet research

  • Showcase healthful, flavorful, easy recipes in live cooking demonstrations and provide delicious food samples

  • Present practical cooking skills and tips for making healthy habits a part of daily life

  • Empower individuals suffering from chronic illness in a supportive and motivating atmosphere

  • The 15 available classes include audio visuals, recipes and resources
