April Theme: Move More, Live Well 🌿
Focus: Powerful connection between nourishing our bodies and staying active.
April is often recognized as Move More Month, and this month’s Wellness at the Table community brunch is all about nourishing our bodies and staying active.
We’ll begin with a special guest experience led by Eileen Rivers, a certified yoga instructor, who will introduce us to the benefits of yoga, breathwork, and meditation—practices that have been shown to support conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and overall stress management.
Weather permitting, we’ll take our practice outdoors on The Lawn, where Eileen will guide us through gentle, accessible movement, including a light yoga flow, restorative poses, and meditation—perfect for all levels.
NOTE: Come dressed comfortably, ready to move, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
After our movement session, we’ll gather together and break bread over a table of vibrant, spring-forward plant-based dishes—continuing the conversation around how food and movement work together to support whole-body wellness.
